After an on-site consultation, we send a detailed written estimate broken down by line item — materials, labor, permits, and any specialty work. The estimate reflects scope, finish level, and known site conditions. We discuss any changes as written change orders before they happen, so there are no surprises at the end.

How long does a typical renovation take?

It depends on scope. A bathroom remodel often runs six to eight weeks. A full kitchen remodel runs eight to twelve weeks. A whole-home historic renovation or addition typically runs four to nine months. Permits and historic district reviews can add four to twelve weeks before construction starts. We build realistic schedules into every proposal.
