About Bera
Who We Are
Bera Constructions is a Washington, DC general contractor renovating homes and businesses across the District. We work hand-in-hand with homeowners, restaurant operators, and small business owners to transform aging spaces into places that work for the way you actually live and operate.

Built for the way DC actually lives
Our work covers the full range of renovation — from historic home renovation in Capitol Hill row houses to kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement digouts, condo conversions, and commercial restaurant and office renovations.
Every project is approached with meticulous attention to detail. We manage the work, coordinate permits with the DC Department of Buildings, and deliver results that hold up over time.
From first conversation to final walk-through
The way a project starts shapes how it ends. We begin with a free on-site consultation: walking the property, listening to what isn't working, and talking through what's possible within your budget and timeline.
From there we produce a detailed written estimate, manage the permit process with the DC Department of Buildings (and the Historic Preservation Review Board when needed), and run construction with a single project manager who knows the job end-to-end. You'll always know who to call.

Our Values
Quality Craftsmanship
We build to last. Every wall, joint, and finish reflects skilled trades work that holds up to daily life.
